Please download the New Homeowner Info document below and return it to the HOA along with other closing documentation.

This will help our Welcome Committee contact the new homeowners.

Annual Dues

Dues are assessed annually on April 1st.

Prorated dues should be calculated from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.

2026 Annual Dues: $414.72

Transfer Fee

There is a $200.00 transfer fee when changing homeowners.
