We are happy to announce that on 7/20/2026 Sweetwater Station HOA has a new property manager, Golden Properties of Pooler GA. They will reach out to homeowners very soon. We also thank Premier Services & Management for the years of support to our community.

There will be an informational meeting in September focused solely on Sweetwater Station amenities. Date and place will be announced once we secure a meeting place. Our goal is to clear up any misunderstandings and provide an accurate status update of both passive and active amenities. Decisions have to be made, and it will be the community who will make these decisions. More details will be forthcoming.
