The following members were elected to serve on the board of directors for two years:
Approval by the Architectural Review Committee is required prior to any addition of structures, clearing of trees, or change of grade of the property, or any change to the property. This includes fences, sheds, pools, additions, etc. Find the form you need here. The guidelines and application are available on the Documents and Resources page.
The community does have a private Facebook group. Please join and contribute! There is always a lively chat there about neighbors getting together, upcoming events, baked goods for sale, yard sales, and other good deals. There are updates on traffic or other concerns for residents of the community when needed.
However, please also understand that the Facebook group is open to all residents, whether owners or tenants, in an effort to promote the community in this neighborhood.
Because the Facebook group is open to non-member residents, it is NOT the proper venue to address issues regarding HOA business. Such issues should be brought to the board members using the contact information provided on this site. Although your board members might be members of the group, the Facebook group is not monitored daily by the board of directors. Only contact through this site reaches all board members. Please call, email, or use the contact form.
The administrators of the Facebook group reserve the right to remove any posts that, at their discretion, is deemed inappropriate for the group for any reason.
