Community Update: Installation of Security Cameras by Flock Safety

DearĀ  Residents,

We are pleased to announce that the HOA Board has selected Flock Safety to install state-of-the-art security cameras at our communityā€™s entrance and exit points. This decision comes after careful consideration of various options, and we believe that Flock Safetyā€™s advanced technology will help enhance security and provide greater peace of mind to all residents.

Why Flock Safety? Flock Safety provides a cutting-edge, automated license plate recognition (LPR) system, allowing us to monitor and track vehicles entering and exiting the community. The system is designed to operate 24/7, providing real-time data while preserving residents' privacy. Additionally, the camera system will assist local law enforcement in case of emergencies or criminal activity.

What You Can Expect:

  • Strategic Camera Placement: Cameras will be installed at entry and exit points to monitor traffic flow.
  • 24/7 Monitoring: The system will operate continuously, capturing vehicle details like license plate numbers and timestamps.
  • Privacy & Data Security: The data collected will be encrypted and accessible only by authorized personnel, ensuring your privacy is respected.

If the HOA determines this is beneficial to the community, the board will consider extending cameras throughout the community in the future.

Questions or Concerns? If you have any questions or concerns, please donā€™t hesitate to reach out to the HOA Board at info@swshoa. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to enhance the safety and security of our community.

Thank you for being an active part of our community!

Sincerely,
Your HOA Board
